For anyone that spends a lot of time on the road and collects receipts this will be the biggest time saver you use. I've been using Shoeboxed for about a year now and I would highly recommend the Classic account for $19.95 a month. This allows you to stuff the prepaid envelope full of receipts, up to 500. Then just drop it in the nearest mail box and let Shoeboxed do the rest.

Here is a short time lapse of how I organize my receipts every month. Then I can just view them online if I ever need to reference them. I probably don't use Shoeboxed to the fullest.

Google earth is one of my favorite apps. I spend many hours a week exploring the world. The most useful part is that I can do a rough location scout quickly.
